By participating to this study, you directly affect the quality of letter delivery (You will then benefit in the future and make sure you receive letters and packages on time and in perfect condition).

For these reason, you will be sending and receiving test letters. You will also have the choice to participate in interesting surveys. Naturally, you will be rewarded by receiving attractive vouchers you can use at our premium partners.

Your responsibilities as a recipient

As a recipient, you have three basic tasks:

Empty your mailbox every day

2.

Open your mail and see if it contains a test letter.

3.

Report the receipt of the test letter back to us.

Your responsibilities as a sender

As a sender, you have three basic tasks:

1.

Confirm the receipt of your test-parcel. The test-parcel contains the test-letters that are to be dispatched by you.

2.

Dispatch the test-letters according to the instructions that were contained in the test-parcel.

3.

Confirm the dispatch of your test-letters online.
